OHM Foundation Ghana Supports Orphanage



OHM foundation Ghana, a non-governmental organization founded by students of UEW has donated food and different kinds of item to St. Anna's children's home and Academy in Winneba. 

The gesture by the NGO was part of efforts to help children and foster homes in Ghana, as the economy is yet to fully regain strength from the corona virus pandemic. Items presented included bags of rice, soft drinks, biscuits, books, cooking oil, soaps and others.



The Patron of the organization, Miss Belinda Osei Mensah during the presentation of the items said, " Our coming here today, is that of a commitment, a commitment aimed at giving our all to children, in order to shape and inspire them towards becoming great future leaders" 

Headmistress of the orphanage, Miss Emelia Texon, who received the items on behalf of the orphanage, thanked the organization for their benevolence, establishing that it is timely and will help relieve the plight of the orphans.


Speaking to the President of the foundation, Abubakar Mohammed Aminu, He expressed his gratitude to his executives, members and donors for their continues support. 
" we are geared towards making sure that every child get the needed support towards achieving their dreams, so far it hasn't been easy, thanks to all those supporting and I wish use to this medium to call for more support as we have so many important initiatives in the pipeline" Mohammed Aminu said.
