Richard Boadu who started his career with Cornerstones FC a lower-tier side based in Kumasi who later joined another lower-tier side Phar Rangers before securing a deal to Medeama in 2018 has been instrumental and prolific over the years.
Richard Boadu Agadas has pinned his name among the best local based midfielders in the country over years among likes of Justice Blay of Medeama, Appiah Mccharthy of Ashgold,Mudasiru of Kotoko and many others top quality midfielders in the country.
In September 2020,Asante Kotoko wrote to Medeama to enquire about his availabity and started negotiations in trying to sign him.The deal however did not take place and he was named on Medeama SC squad list for the 2020-21 Ghana Premier League season.
