BetPawa Premier League: Hearts of Oak 1-0 Nsoatreman FC

Hearts of Oak have recored their first win of the season against Nsoatreman FC by 1-0 at the Accra Sports Stadium in their Match Day 2 encounter.

A lone goal by Kashala Ramos was enough to hand Hearts of Oak the needed victory.

Hearts of Oak showed purpose in the early exchanges of the game and scored the only goal on the 5th minutes.

Newly import Kashala Ramos connected well to a cross on the right from Ibrahim Salifu but the former's header struck the wood work but was right on time to finish home with aplomb to give Hearts of Oak the lead.

The game was well dominated by Hearts of Oak in the first half to ensure they have a firm grip on wtheir lead at half time.

Captain of the visitors Phillip Ofori was given the matching orders by referee Gabriel Opoku Arhin when he cynically tackled Wanet Ramos Kashala on the 35th minutes.

In the second, Maxwell Konadu's side could not make any meaningful impact in the game to leave Accra empty handed.

Even though Nsoatreman made attacking substitutions to send more threats upfront in search of the equalizer, Hearts of Oak's intrepid defense rendered the visitors useless.

Hearts of Oak returned to winning ways in the league in a game they controlled and dictated the entire proceedings.
