Ghana has maintained her position on the monthly FIFA World Ranking on 60th position and 11th in Africa for the month of September.
The West African country had a good run in the month winning two matches in her

Ghana beat Central Africa Republic by 2-1 at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi in the final round of qualifier matches and extended the winsome run few days later in Accra against Liberia by 3-1.
The results keep Ghana level on points gained to that of August as upper ranked countries topped their points in the month to keep Ghana at 60th in the world.
Ghana is likely to move up the rank in October as she prepares to take on United States of America in a friendly encounter should she churn out good results.
Ghana booked her place in the next AFCON in Ivory Coast in the month of September.
