Furkan Ahmed delighted on joining new club, believes will go far this season


 Ghana's Furkan Ahmed is delighted for his season long loan move to UAE side Masfoot Sports and Cultural Club.


Ghanaian international midfielder, Furkan Ahmed has been transferred to UAE first division side Masfoot Sports and Cultural Club on a season long loan from his parent club Emirates  FC.


Furkan is on his second loan spell since joining the giants, having spent another loan spell with Hatta Sports Club last season and played a vital role in helping them win the first division championship to make a sensational return into the topflight.


"It's been a great few weeks at this amazing club. I love it here in Ajman even though it's a little closer to my former club. I have full believe we could go far in this league. I just will take it one game at a time" said the midfielder to maiwasanni.com.


Furkan knows it all and has so much experience and exposure when it comes to UAE second-tier after leading Hatta Sports Club to the title in the last campaign- winning it for the second time in his career, with first happening with Emirates Club in 2020/21 season.


The 22 year old has been consistent and very impressive in terms of performance, with injuries being his only major headache and will hope for a season-free injury this time around.


He has definitely set sights on another brighter season in Ajman in other to establish himself as a mainstay and an important figure in the team.


Furkan and his new teammates have had a good first two games after a great preseason in Serbia which has helped in their impressive start for the 2023/24 season which started last month.
