JUST IN: Daniel Laryea to officiate at the U-17 World Cup

 Ghanaian FIFA Referee Daniel Nii Laryea has been appointed as part of the officials for the upcoming U-17 FIFA World Cup in Indonesia.



The tournament kicks off on November 10 to December 2 later this year involving 24 countries.





The Ghanaian referee is among the two Video Assistant Referees from Africa together with Benbraham Lahiou of Algeria.


Eleven officials were drawn from Africa with three center referees, six assistant referees and two VAR referees.


Daniel Nii Laryea has been involved in most tournaments on the continent recently and has transcend to the world stage at the U-17 World Cup.
