Head coach of Asante Kotoko Dr. Prosper Narteh Ogum has implored on the teeming supporters of the club and football loving fans to exercise some patience in expecting results from the team.

The returnee coach explains that it takes time to get the expected results in working on blending new and old players together.

The former WAFA gaffer thinks the results that would be gotten will be a team that can compete at all levels in football.

He spoke to the media during a pre-match conference ahead of Asante Kotoko's game against Karela United at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium on Sunday.

"It is a process. We're putting together a whole team with a while lot of old and new players, different identities, different understanding of the game and intelligence. It'll take some time.

"To me, looking at the two games, they did well. As we keep training, we'll get there. It is a process, we're building a team that can compete at any level. You need some patience, time to be able to do that," he said.

Asante Kotoko have not won a game so far this season after two games in the BetPawa Premier League and are lying 17th on the league table.
