Former Asante Kotoko head coach Seidu Zerbo has confirmed of finally receiving a compensation of $9,000 for his three months salary after his sacking during the 2022/23 season.
The Burkinabe gaffer was sacked for failing to churn out positive results during his time with club and was replaced by Abdulai Gazale before the end of last season.
In an interview with Fox FM, Zerbo confirmed the amount has hit his accounts and thanked the management and fans of the club for accommodating him during his time with the club.
“I have now received all my monies. They have paid my salaries of three months. I have checked my account and the money is in there.”, Seydou Zerbo told Kumasi-based Fox FM.
“Now there is no issue again and I want to thank the management of the team for paying what is due me. I wish the club all the best and for the fans I say big thank you,” he added.
