CAF Champions League heroes secure mouthwatering deal as headline sponsors

 Ghana champions Medeama have partnered with Nguvu Mining as their new headline sponsor for the 2023/24 season, the Premier League club said.


The details of the contract was not reveled to the general public but a sources from GHANAsoccernet.com says the deal is between $300,000 to $400,000 a year.


The Takwa based team will sign the deal on Friday October 6, 2023 at a scheduled press conference in the Ghanaian capital, Accra.


Nguvu Mining logo will be embossed on the club's famous Mauve and Yellow shirt for the new one season in a massive financial relief for the CAF Champions League campaigners.


The Mauve and Yellow have qualified to the group stage of Africa's elite inter-club competition after eliminating Guinea giants Horoya AC 4-3 on aggregate which qualified them to their first ever African Champions League group Stage.


The BetPawa Premier League winner's have expressed frustration the lack of financial support after mining company Goldfields Ghana ended their partnership with them weeks ago leaving them with no financial support.


Nguvu Mining is a mining company owned by Angela List, a Ghanaian having over 20 years of experience in the mining industry.
