Former Board Chairman of Asante Kotoko SC, Dr. Kwame Kyei has called on all Asante Kotoko supporters to be mindful of their behaviour when watching games at the stadium.
This call from him comes from the backdrop of what happened at the Dr. Kwame Kyei Sports Complex on Sunday when some section of supporters vandalized portion of the stadium after disagreeing with a decision by the referee to award a penalty to Nations FC.
In an interview with Light FM in Kumasi, Dr. Kyei States "I am begging the fans to comport themselves at stadium.
“We will repair the seats because it our own property. I wish we stay calm at match venues even when we disagree with some decisions.
“I know few people caused the problem but we will say all Kotoko SC fans which doesn’t speak well about us, " he concluded.
Nations FC recorded a 2-2 draw game with Asante Kotoko in a dramatic end to a pulsating game.
