Kwesi Appiah and his team arrive in Sudan to begin National Team job

 James Kwesi Appiah has arrived in Sudan to start work as the head coach of the Sudanese National Team.


The former Black Stars coach arrived in Sudan together with other Ghanaian coaches who will be assisting him during his stay in the eastern African country.


Former Kumasi King Faisal gaffer Ignatius Osei Fosu will be his first assistant together with Fatau Dauda who will be his goalkeepers coach.


Kwesi Appiah, who just won a seat in the just ended GFA Elections as an Executive Council Member is tasked to qualify the country to the next World Cup in USA and the Morocco AFCON 2025.


Asante Kotoko's Technical Director's first task for Sudan will be against Togo and DR Congo in World Cup Qualifier in the November 2023 international break.


Kwesi Appiah and his team will be working from Saudi Arabia due to political instability in Sudan.
