OFFICIAL: Juventus launch youth academy in Ghana

 Italian side Juventus have launched an academy in Ghana to nurture the next generation of footballers to the Italian side from Africa.


The project was led by former Juventus player Kwadwo Asamoah who featured in over hundred games and won four Serie A title for the Bianconerris and Massimiliano Taricone. 


The new Juventus academy will be supported by Ghana's Ministry of Youth and Sports and the Ministry of Education, Italian Embassy and Serie A. 


The academy which will provide opportunities for both male and female is located at the center of Ghana's capital Accra at Casa Trassaco near the Accra Mall.


The latest Juventus academy in Ghana allows the West African country to join the over fifty countries world wide to benefit from the club's Youth Development Initiatives.
