FIFA 2026 World Cup Qualifier: Preview - Comoros vs Ghana; Team News, Kick off, TV Channels,

Comoros welcomes Ghana to the Moroni Stadium for their second FIFA 2026 World Cup Qualifiers in Group I.

Comoros faces a tough challenge in a game that looks likely to change the narratives in annals of the country's football as it will be a giant step for their World Cup qualification quest.

After the country recorded an historical feet at the last AFCON against Ghana in their group stage game where they defeated Ghana by 3-2, a victory akin to that in Tuesday's game will raise the countries hope of sealing a berth in USA, Canada and Mexico.

Picking up a point from their last game in the qualifiers could place them in a position that will motivate them to push for a win in today's encounter which, if done, will put them part of the country's on top of the table and will be taken as serious contender to top the group.

That would not be a difficult task from the Comoros having in mind the startling approach they deployed in beating Ghana at the AFCON in Cameroon and that should ignite them high for the victory ahead of the game.

However, the four-times Africa Champions will have the opportunity to avenge for what happened as a quest to their firth World Cup is in sight coming from a sweet 1-0 victory last Friday against Madagascar in Kumasi.

Inaki Williams' late strike has written a beautiful script for Ghana to continue from where they left off, especially the second half of the game against Madagascar, to record a second win on a trot.

A win will give Ghana the advantage to be at the top of the table ahead of close rivals in the group, Mali, who have four points after two games.
