Asante Kotoko SC defender Justice Blay sweeps home the Man of the Match award in Asante Kotoko's win against Medeama SC at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.
The 30-year-old enjoyed his first start of the season and produced a scintillating performance to keep the Medeama attackers at bay throughout the game.
He has been out from the squad for majority of the 2023/24 season due to a recurring injury which has highlighted large part of his stay with the club since moving from Medeama SC on a permanent basis.
After returning to full training few weeks ago, Blay has put up convincing output at training to get him back to his level before his major injury three seasons ago which has plighted his abilities on the field of play.
His performance today will not only enrich himself in becoming a national asset, but also a plus to the struggling Asante Kotoko in adding quality to the side in the season.
He goes home with a 43-inches NASCO TV as his reward.
