Head coach of Asante Kotoko SC, Dr. Prosper Narteh Ogum is in grief on his team's inability to convert the chances created during games.
He explains, during a meet the press ahead of their weekend game against Samartex 1996 in Sameraboi, the worrying trend of the team's profiligacy in front of goal it is having on his team even after dominating opponents in games.
The 24-times Ghanaian champions have scored a paltry 7 goals in nine games and conceded eight times which leaves them 14th on the league table.
"Our problem is goal-scoring and that's a fact. We even play better than our opponents, create chances but at the end of the day how to put the ball in the net has been the problem," Prosper Narteh narrates.
The highest scorer in the team is new import Kalo Ouattara who has scored twice so far this season.
