2023-24 Second Transfer Window: Hearts of Oak to register first signing on Monday

Ghana Premier League side Accra Hearts of Oak are set to register Ivorian international Kassim Cisse on Monday when the second transfer window for the 2023-24 season opens.

Premier League and Division One League clubs will be obliged to strengthen their squad from 18th December 2023 to January 15, 2024 which will allow them to add new players and omit non-performing ones from their squad.

Accra Hearts of Oak, who have struggled to make head ways in their attacking front, will finalize the registration of the Ivorian to boast their striking abilities for the rest of the season.

Foreign import, Kashala Wanet Ramos who started the season so well has proven not good enough to lead the attacking lines of Hearts of Oak and will need supporting legs upfront going forward.

Hearts of Oak are showing attacking deficiencies in the local scene scoring only 11 goals in 14 games and with the coming of Cisse, the former coach of the club, Martin Koopman's wish of his expedite registration to help the club in goal scoring is fulfilled in his absence.

He joins the club from Ivory Coast second-tier side Lanfiara FC on a permanent deal.
