JUST IN: Hearts of Lions part ways with Abdul Fatawu Salifu

 Ghana Premier League side Hearts of Lions have parted ways with head coach Abdul Fatawu Salifu.




This comes after a poor run of matches in the 2023-24 Ghana Premier League which has seen the club languishing at the bottom of the league log.


Abdul Fatawu Salifu led the team back into Ghana’s top flight football after more than a decade absence in the league but has had a difficult moments since the start of the season. 


In a statement released by the club to announce his exit, the management thanked him for his yeomans job for ensuring their qualification into the Premier League and further wished him well in his endeavours.



Hearts of Lions are bottom of the league with 8 points after 13 games with all points coming from drawing their games without a single win.
