Kudus Mohammed scores brace for West Ham against Wolves

Ghanaian international, Kudus Mohammed has scored two goals for West Ham United in their English Premier League Week 17 encounter against Wolvehampton Wanderers at the London Olympic Stadium.

The goals came in quick succession in ten minutes on the 22nd and 32nd minutes all being assisted by Brazilian attacking midfielder Lucas Paqueta.

Kudus finished off a counter attack won by Alvarez and Vladimir Coufal from Pablo Sarabia which found Lucas Paqueta's head to Kudus who found his way inside right to drill a low shot to the left bottom corner to give the Hammers the lead on the 22nd minute.

He added to West Ham's advantage when Paqueta neatly found him behind defender Toti's space left behind him where made no mistakes with a low shot across the goal into the net to extend the lead 2-0.

The 23-year-old has scored in consecutive games after registering a goal against Freiburg on Thursday in the Uefa Europa League and has gotten a brace against Wolvehampton Wanderers stretching his tally to nine goals since arriving from Ajax Amsterdam during the summer transfer window.

He has twelve goals in the 2023-24 season as he scored three times for Ajax in the Europa League before moving to England to join West Ham United.
