Former Asante Kotoko attacker, Abdul Fatawu Safiu is expected to complete a move back to the club in coming days after negotiations reaching finality.
The attacker moved away from the club during the 2018 season after helping Asante Kotoko SC reach the group stages of the CAF Confederations Cup.
After several years in European lower tier football in the Scandinavian, Safiu is ready to don the red shirts of the club as they chase for the league table after last winning it two seasons ago.
Asante Kotoko SC are on signing duties to strengthen their team to achieving their aim of winning a trophy this season.
They have already sent in an official bid to Nsoatreman FC for the signature of right back Emmanuel Kotei and it is likely they will get him for the second round of the season.
