Ghana Premier League giants, Asante Kotoko SC have officially submitted an offer for Nsoatreman FC's right back, Emmanuel Kotei.
Reports in the media suggest Nsoatreman FC are willing to let go the player to Kumasi in pursuit of his career at a high grounds.
The Twumasikrom based club are yet to complete their careful study on the offer submitted and will finalize on a decision thereon.
