Baba Abdul Rahman scores and assist for PAOK in the Greek league

 Abdul Rahman Baba has scored his first goal and assisted for his Greek side, PAOK Thessaloniki against OFI Crete in the Greek Super League round 16 at Toumbas Stadio.


His assist and goal came within a spate of two minutes where he gave an assist to Kiril Despodov on the 39th minutes to put his side on the lead.

Two minutes later, he put himself on the spot to double his side's lead on the 41st minute which clearly ended the half for his side.

The two goals involvement were enough to hand over his side all three points in a 4-0 victory which catapulted PAOK Thessaloniki on top of the league table with 38 points.

Baba Rahman could not make the final 27-man-squad for Ghana’s Africa Cup of Nations, AFCON 2023 campaign in Ivory Coast. 

The player opted to stay out of the team so as to gain full fitness to commit himself to national duty in time. 

Ghana has commenced her training sessions in preparation for the tournament on Tuesday in Kumasi.
