Massive clear out to hit Asante Kotoko SC

Asante Kotoko SC are planning some massive clear out of their squad who have given little or no contribution to the club this season after the 2023-24 season.

A lot of players are said to be weed out of the team to allow the team continue it rebuilding with quality and top class peformers who will be fit enough for local and international games.

Players like Kalo Ouattara, surprisingly, is high on the list together with Ivorian Serge Eric Zeze who has failed to empress head coach Dr. Prosper Narteh Ogum this season after a solid 2022-23 season in Kumasi.

Left backs Nicholas Osei Bonsu and John Tedeku are part of the players to be left to go at the end of the season including Augustine Agyapong.

Dr. Narteh Ogum rejoined the club before the season started as part of the club's Interim Management Committee with taks to rebuild the club for continental glory.

After a poor start to the season, Asante Kotoko SC have climbed to the 3rd position on the league log after 17 matches with 29 points which has revamped their ambition of winning the league this season.

With this massive clear out from the club, another pool of new faces will be seen in the club from the start of next season.
