Asamoah Gyan speaks on Kudus' reported move to Saudi Arabia

Retired Ghanaian legend, Asamoah Gyan has had his say on a potential move of West Ham United Star Kudus Mohammed to the Saudi Pro League.

It is reported that Saudi Pro League side Al Ittihad have showed interest in the Ghanaian star and are willing to dole out over £100 million to get the player to the ever-growing Saudi Arabia league with a mouthwatering €300,000 a week salary.

This, Asamoah Gyan, believes it will be an herculean task for Kudus Mohammed to reach an easy conclusion as to whether to move or remain in the English Premier League where he produced a sterling outing in his first season with the London side.

“If is true, it would be a tough very decision, I cannot decide for him, it depends on his people,” Gyan told Accra-based Asaase Radio.

“He is young but if you watch the business module of the game, although we are playing with passion football it is business.”

“In Ghana here, they only mention my name when the Black Stars are playing. Many players have died after retirement. It did not even become news; we did not hear of it. The people who would want to see you play in the EPL are thinking of their personal interest.” Baby jet said.

The 24-year-old was involved in fourteen (14) goals for West Ham United last season in all competitions and has been tipped to be the next star in the English Premier League in subsequent seasons by connoisseurs of the game.

As of now, Al Ittihad are yet to put in an official bid to West Ham United for Kudus Mohammed who is enjoying his holidays in Greece.
