Mukwala signs two-year-deal with Simba SC

 Former Asante Kotoko SC striker Steven Dese Mukwala has joined Tanzanian side Simba SC on a two-year-deal.



The 24-year-old left Asante Kotoko after the end of the 2023/24 Ghana Football season where scored fourteen (14) times for the club in the Ghana Premier League with two assists after serving for two years.

He produced a combined twenty-seven (27) league goals for the Porcupine Warriors within his stay but could not reach an agreement with the club for an extension after his contract expired.

A proposed deal was put in place for him by Simba SC which was met by his representatives and have concluded on an understanding for the next two seasons.

The Ugandan will be active in the CAF Champions League with his new side which he couldn't get in his second season with Asante Kotoko SC after garnering all the experience with his former side URA FC.

He has had fourteen (14) appearances for Uganda National Team with a goal to his credit.
