Seidu Dauda moves to APR FC from Samartex

 Samartex 1996 midfielder, Seidu Yussif Dauda has completed his move to Rwandan champions, APR FC on a two-year-deal.



The Rwandan side have added the midfielder to join a new face of squad they are building to compete feverishly in the next Africa Club Competition campaign were they will be competing in the 2024/25 CAF Champions League.

Former Asante Kotoko SC captain, Richmond Lamptey signed a deal with the side on Saturday and has added another Ghanaian local star who took the Ghana Premier League by storm.

After the deal, Seidu Dauda, 23, arguably the best defensive midfielder in the GPL, took to his X handle to express how proud he is and ready to commit everything for APR FC.

"It is the proudest day of my life to join the greatest club in the history of the game. I will give absolutely everything I have to help this team win.

He featured in more games for Samartex 1996 and scored three times in their league triumph season in Ghana.
