Ghana has been handed Group F in the 2025 AFCON Qualifiers which the tournament takes place in Morocco.
Ghana is in the group with Angola, Sudan and Niger with the four-times Africa champions, seeking for their 25th appearance in the tournament.
The qualifying series starts in September 2024 through to March 2025 of which Ghana will take keen interest in, ensuring they safely make a berth to the tournament and chase for the 5th trophy.
Ghana has been without the AFCON for more than four decades since winning it in 1982 in Libya and will have another opportunity to right the wrongs in Morocco should the Black Stars go pass the qualifying rounds.
Knowing so will of Ghana's failure in the last two AFCON's in Cameroon and Ivory Coast struggling to make it out of the group stages, Otto Addo and his charges will go for it and regain the top echelons in the tournament.
AFCON 2025 will start in December 21, 2025 to January 18, 2026 in Morocco.
