Newly signed Asante Kotoko SC defender, Ndongani Samba Gilbani has first spoken after officially joining the club on Thursday afternoon.
The lanky defender feels thrilled to have joined the club following a successful time with Rahimo FC from Burkina Faso where he featured in 33 games last season.
"I am thrilled to be here because Kotoko is a big club. When my manager informed me of Kotoko’s interest, I immediately instructed him to halt any discussions with other clubs so I could focus on coming here," he told the club.
He signed a two-year-deal and makes the forth signing for the club ahead of the 2024/25 season.
Sudanese duo, Esmat Abdulhamid and AbdoelKarem AbdoelRahman Yoouef Yagoub joined before Great Olympics' Emmanuel Antwi two days ago.
Asante Kotoko SC defeated Dabo FC in a friendly game on Thursday at the Adako Jachie training grounds and striker AbdoelKarem AbdoelRahman Yoouef was on target.
