Ghanaian striker, John Duku Antwi had entered negotiations with Asante Kotoko SC for a possible transfer after the expiration of his contract with Dreams FC.
The experience striker is expected to join the team next week after concluding all formalities and will sign a short deal with Asante Kotoko SC
The 31-year-old led the Dreams FC's attack that reached the semi-finals of the 2023/24 CAF Confederations Cup scoring ten (10) goals throughout his stay last season.
As a free agent, he will join Asante Kotoko SC to start building a new squad after parting ways with twenty-one (21) players after the end of the 2023/24 Ghana Football season.
He has previously played for Egyptian sides Ismaily, Pyramids, Al Shabab, Al Ahly, Misr El Makasa, Al Faisaly, Tala'ea El Gaish and has two caps for Ghana.
