"Odotei and Akambi are innocent"- Ouattara on Hearts of Oak transfers

Abubakar Ouattara, the head coach of Accra Hearts of Oak has come clean on Vincent Odotei Sowah and Braimah Akambi of any wrong doing in player transfers.

The experience gaffer insists he decides the player the club brings in and out after taking time to go through the player's profile and attitude and makes the final decision that best fits the club.

The Ivorian tactician clarifies the role of Odotei Sowah and Braimah Akambi that they only negotiate for the recommended players and ensure they get signed by the club.

"I do the recommendations and they negotiate, they're innocent. They are not in the market to sign or buy players for me.

"I do the recommendations after watching the player video and his attitude on and off the pitch then I handover the list to the board to do the negotiations or take it from there," Ouattara told Obama TV cited by maiwasanni.com

Hearts of Oak have completed the signing of two players from Nations FC and likely to face Asante Kotoko SC in the Democracy Cup later this month.
